Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We currently accept payment through paypal (A PayPal account is not required to buy an item, You can pay with credit card directly from this site).

Please post payment within 24 hours of making your purchase. If your payment is not received within 3 days of your purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale, and relist the item.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We want you to enjoy your purchase from us so if you are unhappy with an item please email us with you concerns as soon as possible. Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed but may be necessary in some cases. Refunds will only be issued for unused products still in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom orders are non-refundable. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: Yes, I’d love to work with you on creating a custom design!
Q: Are your products sewn or glued?
A: All my products are machine and hand sewn and I do not use glue at all.
Q: How accurate is the online colour representation?
A: We try our very best to use photographs that accurately portray the colours of our products. However the colours you see on your screen may vary depending on your monitor’s settings. Please take this into consideration when viewing our products online.
Q: Can I find your items in retail shops?
A: At the moment select products are carried in Canada at The Date Palm, Modah, and Nur Shop.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer gift wrapping.

SHIPPING
Q: Where are you located?
A: Greater Toronto Area, Canada
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, I ship worldwide!
Q: Do you ship to the billing address or shipping address?
A: Please note that by default, I will ship to the address that is used as the billing address at checkout.
Q: How do you ship orders?
A: All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders require a 3-5 business day processing time before they are shipped out, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Packages shipped via Canada Post standard shipping take 7-12 business days to arrive. Custom orders require a longer processing time which will be noted before production. Please note, some packages may be delayed at Customs resulting in a longer shipping time.
Q: How do I get a tracking number for my order?
A: Every order is shipped via standard mail and does not include a tracking number. If you wish to have a tracking number and upgrade your shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
Q: What if my package is lost?
A: Delivery Confirmation is available at an additional cost. Unless you have purchased Delivery Confirmation, I will not consider responsibility for packages that are lost. I retain receipts of all packages shipped (recording the date and your postal code) as documentation that your package was shipped.
Q: What about Customs fees?
A: Customs fees vary from country to country. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees that are incurred when packages are delivered.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes, I offer local pickup for customers in the GTA, please contact me to make arrangements.
