DIY Magnetic Pin Dish

Try making this DIY Magnetic Pin Dish to store all of your sewing pins in style while you're sewing!

SUPPLIES:

  • Paintbrush

  • Acrylic Paint

  • Adhesive Magnetic Sheets OR Recycled Refrigerator Magnets

  • A small wooden container, ceramic dish, or plastic lid (you can use any contained item for this!)

STEP 1: Paint and decorate your dish however you'd like.

STEP 2: Add adhesive sheets to your dish. I find that 2-3 adhesive sheets stacked on top of each other results in a good magnetic hold for the pins. You can test out how many you'll need based on the thickness of your magnetic sheets.

STEP 3: Add your sewing pins!
